Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind. We do not exchange sale items. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange (or offer replacement/ Refund if your item is no longer available) Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items via email: email@example.com. Please keep in mind there will be a 15% Restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total order balance, minus initial postage costs in the result of a refund.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the item following these conditions:
Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for will also be covered at your expense. The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange. YBA reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
If a discount code is not entered during a sale period, we cannot credit/ refund the difference. Please check carefully the code is entered correctly and comes off your order prior to checkout. If you have any issues, please contact us prior to placing your order.
